Podcast VA – Flexible Hours, Good Pay

Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Hi, I’m Josh, founder and CEO of Meriwether. I’m looking for a VA to help with podcast outreach to help me get on more podcasts as a guest in 2024.

Specifically, I need someone to do research on potential podcasts, send emails to prospective hosts, and reach out to fellow podcast guests on LinkedIn. We have a training course walking you through how to do this.

You will be using Listen Notes, my email account, and my LinkedIn account to manage this outreach. I’m estimating this will take an average of 10 hours a week.

Minimum Qualifications

– Excellent written English skills (WITHOUT the aid of ChatGPT)
– A high level of attention to detail (this is very important)
– Proficiency with Google Docs and other online data platforms
– Excellent organizational skills
– Familiarity with social media platforms
– Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
– Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
– Skilled in data entry
– High-speed internet connection

P.S. If you’d like more work, we also need help uploading blog posts to Shopify. We’re an SEO agency and do this kind of work all the time. This will require optimizing photos so they’re not too large, article QA, occasionally finding new photos for us to use, and interacting with the Shopify backend. THIS IS OPTIONAL.
