We’re looking for the perfect Podcast VA that can guide our Screenwriter, Alessandra Piccione, in her journey to starting her Podcast.
Job Summary:
Are you a podcast enthusiast with a knack for storytelling and technicality? As our Podcast VA, you’ll be the mastermind behind the scenes, transforming raw recordings into polished episodes that captivate our listeners. From ideation to promotion, you’ll handle every aspect of podcast production with creativity and precision.
WHAT WE’LL NEED:
– Content Development and Posting

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Conjure Compelling Content:
– Collaborate with the Executive Assistant and/or Host to brainstorm and script episode ideas.
– Conduct thorough research to book intriguing guests who add value to our content.
– Coordinate and schedule recording sessions, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Master the Mix:
– Oversee the recording process, providing technical support to maintain top-notch audio quality.
– Edit and mix podcast episodes, adding sound effects, music, and other audio elements to enhance the listener experience.
– Ensure seamless integration of advertisements, sponsor messages, and promotional content.
Enchanting Post-Production:
– Write engaging show notes, timestamps, and transcriptions that highlight key episode moments.
– Design eye-catching episode covers and promotional graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
– Create audiograms and other multimedia content to promote episodes on social media.
Spread the Magic:
– Manage podcast distribution, uploading episodes to hosting platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Google Podcasts.
– Develop and execute promotional strategies, including social media campaigns, email newsletters, and cross-promotions.
– Monitor analytics and listener feedback, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Magical Admin Tasks:
– Handle podcast-related correspondence and guest communications with professionalism and charm.
– Maintain an organized archive of all podcast episodes, assets, and related materials.
– Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new formats, technologies, and techniques to keep our podcast fresh and exciting.

– A podcast production pro with a portfolio of captivating audio work.
– Fluent in audio editing software and familiar with podcast hosting platforms.
– An excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
