Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Manages the vision, planning and production for all visual and technical projects, including setting up workflows for the recording, editing and delivery of videos, managing audio or video editing for landing pages and blog content, and supporting the optimization of all online content for search.

• Play a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas and managing projects to completion

• Edit online video and audio content, including podcast episodes, testimonial videos and social videos
Sourcing photos, stock video and audio as needed for projects

• Create all multimedia content for social (audio / video / design)

• Edit and upload footage and maintain video logs and media storage
• Create motion graphics for video and understand latest social media video trends (i.e. Instagram Reels)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

•2+ years of podcast and video editing experience
•High level of experience with Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere or other similar video and audio editing tools..
• Very good experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva or other similar tools.
• Experience in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design
• Pre-visualize and/or storyboard shot ideas based on scripts or project outlines
• Create various types of audio/video to tell stories across multiple platforms
• Be able to mix different media into a complete experience (video, graphics, music).
• Show competency in videography principles from scripting through final editing and show proficiency with branding guidelines.
• Be able to select and use music to match the tone & style of episode/ story
• Be detail-oriented and possess a sophisticated editing style
• Ability to work with the team directly in edit sessions to assess needs and meet project requirements.
• Know how to properly maintain a digital archive
• Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player
• Have experience working in a fast-paced environment on weekly deadlines
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 40 wpm+)
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Experience with remote team tools like Asana, Slack, Toggle, Google Suite, Dropbox, DocuSign, LastPass, and Zoom

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

Computer – at least i7 or equivalent with 16gb RAM
Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 9am to 5pm CET from Monday to Friday // 4PM to 12AM Philippine Time
Salary Range: PHP 50,000 to PHP 75,000 monthly, Depending on experience
