Podcast Video Editor & Copywriter

Hi – Join our team as a Podcast Editor and Copywriter, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the voice and vision of our podcasts. This position is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented individual who excels at video editing, content creation, and social media engagement.

You’ll be responsible for editing 2 to 4 video podcasts per month, creating engaging podcast assets, and managing related release components.

This role requires collaboration to refine podcast content, generate derivative video clips, and craft compelling copy for podcast recruitment, targeting, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

– Proficiently edit video podcasts in tools like Adobe Premier Pro, Descript, etc. – including making qualitative editing decisions.
– Create podcast assets and derivative video content using tools like Canva.
– Copywrite for podcast recruitment, targeting, follow-ups, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).
– Project manage the release components, postings, and overall content strategy in collaboration with our team.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

– Experience in video podcast editing and creating short-form video content.
– Strong copywriting skills in English, particularly in podcast context and for social media.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
– Project management skills
– Experience using AI technologies – including prompting-engineering related tasks
– Experience working as a VA or other with US-based companies

Workload:
– Initially, 10-15 hours per month, with potential to increase based on project needs, company growth, and content growth
