A Recruitment Process Outsourcing Agency based in the UK is currently looking for a highly creative Podcast Video Editor and Graphic Designer. If you have any experience in content creation, animation, motion graphics, podcast editing and management, video editing, social media, and engagements, then this might be the job for you!
???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Creating valuable content such as graphics, animations, and captions and posting them to social media platforms on a regular basis
* Create short videos from podcasts, case studies, etc. and do graphics and motion graphics.
* Turn raw footage into videos and graphics and create explainer videos (animations) from information.
* Editing videos and podcasts and using hashtags to maximise visual impact and engagement on posts.
* Strategize, set up, and implement social media and podcast marketing strategies and content planning
* Ensure effective production, promotion, and marketing of podcast content
* Manage the podcast from taking and editing the audio right through to the actual delivery of the podcast in terms of graphics, editing, show notes, etc.
* Understand the needs of the business and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet set objectives.
???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 2 years of experience working as a Podcast Video Editor and Graphic Designer or a similar role
* Proven experience in content creation, animation, podcast and video editing, motion graphic design, and social media management & engagement.
* Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, creative, and organised
* Demonstrable motion graphic design and video editing skills with a strong portfolio
* Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining the order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks
* Commercially minded and strategic in approach
* A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
