Podcast YouTube & Social Media Manager – Application Instructions in Description

You will be posting 4 long-form podcast episodes per month to our YouTube channel and 20-32 short-form videos/reels each week to our social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. These videos will be delivered to you each week by our video editor and ready to post.

Long Form – YouTube
You will post 4 long-form episodes to our YouTube channel every month (1 each week), which will be edited by our videography team and provided to you in a Google Drive link. You will create thumbnails for each video, write the timestamps and an overview description of each video. These will be reviewed by our Quality Control team for approval before you will post. You must be proficient in English and have skills to create catchy thumbnails in Photoshop or any other editing software of your choice. You will also research SEO that will help the algorithm push our podcast to the correct audience on YouTube.

Short-Form – YouTube, Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
You will post 20-32 reels per month to our YouTube, Instagram, TikTok & Facebook accounts (5-8 per week), which will be edited by our videography team and provided to you via a Google Drive link. You will create thumbnails for each video on whichever platform where a thumbnail is needed. For each platform you will write a brief description of each video, choose the correct hashtags that will increase the likelihood of views, and select a viral song overlay that will be played softly in the background of each video. You will be responsible for collaborating reels with our guest’s accounts, responding to comments, and managing the social media accounts.

You must be proficient in English and self-sufficient in your ability to perform these tasks in a timely manner.

Pay is $10.00 USD per hour.
