online presence and streamline their operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Point of Contact (POC) based in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Point of Contact (POC) will serve as the primary liaison between our overseas employees,
product managers, and account managers within the domestic market. This role requires a proactive
individual with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and a deep
understanding of the e-commerce landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
relationships, facilitating communication, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact between overseas employees, product managers, and domestic account managers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Facilitate clear and accurate communication across teams, including translating documents and
interpreting during meetings as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of e-commerce projects on the Shopify platform, ensuring all parties are aligned and project milestones are met.
• Provide insights and advice to the team to enhance business strategies and operations in the
region.
• Monitor e-commerce trends and provide feedback to the management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various initiatives and ensure seamless
integration of our software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS or e-commerce
industry.
• Strong understanding of business practices and culture in Hong Kong.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working in an international company.
– Knowledge of the Shopify platform and related e-commerce tools.
