Job Overview:
As a Post-Production Assistant at Rickhouse, your role will be essential in supporting our post-production objectives. You will create/manage tasks, coordinate schedules, conduct quality control, prepare client deliverables, and manage files. This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, and a dedication to quality.
Core Responsibilities:
– Create and assign post-production tasks in ClickUp
– Coordinate schedules for editors, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for each project.
– Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during post-production.
– Conduct quality control for all client deliverables, checking for accuracy, relevance, and quality ensuring that they meet client expectations.
-Providing all brand guidelines for each client (style guides, graphics, etc)
-Cross checking the guidelines with the checklist and asset
– Prepare files for client delivery, ensuring they meet all requirements and standards.
– Maintain efficient and organized file management systems, ensuring that media is properly labeled, backed up, and archived.
Media Services: Workflows & Managing all forms of media (brand assets, footage, graphics, assets)
* Stock footage approvals & purchases
* Uploading & Maintaining Organization of Media & Assets
* GIF Creation
* Iconik Management
* Internal Support (Help Desk Channel)
* Sharing & Permissions
* Quality Control of all client facing assets
* Staging & Exif Tagging all client facing assets
Required Knowledge:
-Click Up Expertise is a must
-Post video production experience necessary.
-Basic knowledge of Post-Production software, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud
-Familiarity with Cloud File Management Systems
-Understanding of project management software
Qualifications:
-With Casting experience
