Job Description

Stylepix is looking to hire a full-time Post Production Manager to lead the retouching team and ensure quality control of all images. If you share our passion for product photography and retouching, and if you are excited about working closely with a global team of creatives, here is a unique opportunity for you!

About Stylepix:
Since 2015, Stylepix has established itself as an ecommerce product photography studio specializing in fashion and accessories. We are known by our clients for our high quality and ultra-consistent images. We are a remote-first company. Our capture studio is located in Los Angeles, but most of our amazing team is spread across the world with employees and associates in Atlanta, Dhaka, Jakarta, and Hanoi.

The Role:
The Post Production Manager will lead our retouching team, making sure that the team is provided with proper training, support, supervision, working tools, processes and leadership to thrive and deliver consistent quality to our customers.

With an eye for detail gained through previous retouching experience, the Post Production Manager will perform the final QC retouch of all images.

As the Post Production Manager, you will be working closely with the Studio Manager in Los Angeles, the Company Founder in Atlanta, as well as with colleagues around the world. Thus, you will need to be an outstanding communicator in English and able to handle several tasks in parallel while streamlining the post production process toward excellence.

As the “owner” of the post production team, you will play a key role for our customers’ success, and we expect you to be working independently and diligently in reaching the highest client satisfaction in close cooperation with our team.

Here’s an example of how your work time will be spent:
50% managing the post-production workflows, including managing all files, working with retouching vendors, as well as individual retouchers
30% performing final QC retouching, color correction, shape correction, etc.
15% tracking images and project progress reporting
5% testing and hiring new retouchers as needed

• Effective and clear communication towards teams and suppliers at all times.
• Required work hours: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Flexible work shifts can be negotiated based on your circumstances.
