Salary: $7.50/hr + commission of $20/appointment + $100 bonus/ 5 qualified lead appointment booked per week (convert this sentence into pesos as well)

What You’ll Do
• Set appointments for our Business Development Managers through a high volume of prospect touchpoints to effectively grow Sobo’s subscription business, this includes making 100+ calls a day.

• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process via multiple methods including cold calling, email messaging, and other sales techniques.
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Show initiative to improve sales skills to increase sales success rates. Training is provided.
• Develop meaningful relationships with prospective clients to encourage trust and loyalty.
• Utilize companies CRM to document daily activity.

-Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in industries such as technology, IT, professional services, or consulting services.
• 1+ year in B2B SaaS (software as a service) Subscription sales is HIGHLY PREFERRED
Experience interacting with people.
• Comfortable working on the phone with various business owners.
• Strong interpersonal skills, very detailed, strong organizational and time. management skills, ambitious, outgoing, persuasive, influential, and tech savvy.
• Eager to learn, with a good attitude, coachable and an outgoing personality.
