* Leverage your understanding of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) metrics:
* Average Handling Time (AHT)
* First Call Resolution (FCR)
* Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
* First Reply Time (FRT)
* Chat Concurrency
* Attrition
* Shrinkage
* Analyze call center data and operational efficiency.
T-SQL Expertise:
* Craft efficient T-SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data into Power BI.
* Optimize data models and DAX calculations.
Microsoft Fabric Familiarity
* While Microsoft Fabric is relatively new, we value your experience with similar systems.
* Familiarize yourself with Microsoft Fabric and its integration capabilities.
* Independently train on Microsoft Fabric to contribute effectively.
Star Schema Design:
* Implement star schema principles for efficient data modeling.
* Structure fact tables, dimension tables, and relationships.
* Optimize query performance.
Advanced Power BI Features
* Beyond the desktop app, explore:
* Power BI Service: Collaborate in the cloud.
* Power BI Paginated Reports (formerly Report Builder): Create printable reports.
* Real-Time Datasets: Stream live data for dynamic dashboards.
* Power BI Embedded: Embed reports in custom applications.

Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
