RESPONSIBILITIES
– Collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets exported from varied sources
– Visualise daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly KPIs in all departments
– Designing and implementing data systems, databases, and processes to support data analysis.
– Creating visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
– Accountable for real-time reporting, documenting, and diagnosing trends on key performance metrics
– Communicating insights and recommendations to decision makers
– Designing and implementing experiments to test hypotheses and validate data-driven decisions
– Building predictive models and algorithms to analyze data and make predictions
– Develop, maintain, and update process-related handbook for all aspects of the role
– Providing training and support to other team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
REQUIREMENTS
– 2Y+ Experience as Data Analyst/Scientist in E-commerce
– 2Y+ Experience with Power Bi
– 1Y+ Experience working remotely
– Experience with SQL
– Expert in Google Sheets/Excel
