PowerBI Dashboard

Overview:
Seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to create a dynamic Power BI Dashboard/Report. This report will be used to analyze and visualize data from two Microsoft Excel files that will be uploaded/replaced weekly. The dashboard will provide insights into pipeline opportunities, values, awards, and various metrics. The Power BI report must be capable of highlighting changes from the previous week to the current week, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities:
– Develop a Power BI Dashboard/Report that supports weekly uploads of two Microsoft Excel files.

– Design and implement the following visualizations:
1 Bar Chart: Pipeline Opportunity Count by Stage
1 Bar Chart: Pipeline Opportunity Value by Stage
1 Table: Total Number of Opportunities, Pipeline Value, & Company Value by Award Year
1 Table: Total Pipeline & Company Value by Stage
1 Table: Submitted Awards for the Current Year
1 Table: Opportunities in the Current Year’s Unfunded Backlog
1 Table: Opportunities Lost in the Current Quarter
1 Table: Awarded Opportunities for the Current Year
1 Table: Upcoming Opportunities in the Next 60 Days
1 Table: Opportunities in the Pursuit Stage
1 Table: Opportunities for the Current Year by Tag Name
1 Table: Current Year Opportunities by Pipeline Name
1 Table: Upcoming Year Opportunities by Pipeline Name

– Ensure the report can accurately identify and highlight changes from the previous week to the current week, including value updates, stage updates, win/loss updates, etc.

– Maintain consistency in data configuration and column naming for seamless weekly updates.

– Test and validate the dashboard for accuracy and performance with weekly data uploads.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in Power BI development, particularly in creating dynamic and interactive reports.
– Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
– Experience working with Microsoft Excel data sources.
– Ability to configure and manage data models in Power BI.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
– Effective communication skills to understand requirements and provide progress updates.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiarity with pipeline management and opportunity tracking metrics.
– Knowledge of data transformation and Power Query in Power BI.
– Experience working with Google Cloud Storage Buckets
