Job Description

As a PPC Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of multiple PPC campaigns, ensuring their successful execution and optimization. Working closely with the PPC Specialist, you will collaborate on developing effective strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and driving continuous improvement. Your role will involve managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the PPC Specialist to develop and implement effective PPC strategies aligned with clients’ objectives and budget.

2. Manage a portfolio of PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.

3, Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.

4. Create and optimize PPC campaigns, including ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages, to drive maximum ROI.

5. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.

6. Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and proactively implement optimization strategies to increase click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.

8. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging PPC technologies, and provide recommendations for innovation and optimization.

9. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.

10 Assist with new client onboarding, conducting initial audits, and setting up PPC accounts.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a PPC Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
– Strong knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, such as Google Ads & Bing Ads.
– Proficient in using PPC tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and bid management software.
– Solid understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
– Google Ads certification required.

** Must be willing to work US/Arizona hours.
** Fluency/Writing skills in English are required.
