Job Description:
The Director of PPC will work closely with and lead our marketing team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of remote employees, developing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring exceptional performance and results for our clients. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you act as a liaison between our US-based operations and our team in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing Google Ads for US-based local service businesses, with a strong understanding of Local Service Ads (Google Guaranteed). Experience with Yelp Ads is a plus.
Role Details:
Industry: Local Services: HVAC, Contractors, Plumbing
Work Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 AM EST
Workdays: Monday – Friday
Salary range: USD $1,800 – $2,235 / monthly
Work Allocation:
50% of the time will be focused on account management.
50% of the time will be dedicated to training and supporting at least 2 full-time employees.
Job Responsibilities:
– Act as the main point of contact between the Philippines employees and the leadership team in the US.
– Lead and manage a team of remote employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
– Provide daily updates to leadership that outline roadblocks or new initiatives
– Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive results for our clients.
– Strategize and communicate effectively with both internal and external team members.
– Comfortable with communicating directly with clients if necessary in both video conference or email
– Independently optimize accounts, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
– Update and improve Standard Operating Procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
– Provide thoughtful recommendations to positively impact campaign performance.
– Experience with franchises is a plus.
– Create, manage, and update daily pacing documents to track campaign progress and performance.
– Create and deploy tracking pixels via Google Tag Manager
– Less than 15 min response times during normal business hours either by Slack or email
– Be able to take multiple 30-60 min calls throughout the business day
Qualifications:
Experience
– 5 years of experience managing Google Ads for US-based local service businesses.
– Experience managing 2 or more full-time employees remotely.
– Proficiency in Local Service Ads (Google Guaranteed) and Yelp Ads.
– Experience with franchises is a plus.

– Comfortable working on multiple accounts simultaneously.
– Has worked in an agency setting, preferably a US-based agency.
Communication Skills
– Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Certification
– Google Ads certification with an active certification.
Technical Skills
– Familiarity with tools/software such as , ClickUp, Slack, Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets, Zapier, Unbounce, and ChatGPT.
– Must have fast and reliable internet
