We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Paid Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive maximum ROI and achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and market trends. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs.

Media Buying and Execution: Execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels. Manage the end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, ad creative development, bid management, and A/B testing.

Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance and ROI. Monitor spending trends, identify opportunities for optimization, and adjust budgets accordingly.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize audience insights and data analysis to identify target segments and create tailored messaging for different audience groups. Implement advanced targeting strategies to reach the most relevant audience segments.

Performance Analysis and Optimization: Conduct regular performance analysis to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Optimize campaign elements such as ad copy, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to enhance performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement. Provide input on ad copy, imagery, and messaging to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.

Ad Tech and Tools: Stay updated on the latest ad tech innovations, tools, and best practices in the paid media landscape. Leverage advanced tools and platforms to streamline campaign management, optimize targeting, and enhance overall performance.

Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Communicate key findings and performance updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media buying, with a focus on digital advertising.
Proficiency in managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proven track record of driving successful paid media campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
Experience with ad tech platforms, bid management tools, and other relevant technologies.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
