We are seeking a highly skilled and creative digital marketer to join our team as the Chief Digital Marketing Expert. Your expertise in Google Ads, Meta platforms, and optionally TikTok, will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

Proven experience (3+ years) in managing agency digital marketing processes.

Hands-on experience with platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Play Console, Tag manager, App Store Connect, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.

Demonstrated ability in strategising and executing holistic digital campaigns.

Sharp analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and more.

Ability to create distinctive and creative content.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Enthusiastic about creating distinctive, bold, and unique content.

Eager to disrupt brands and industries.

Driven to play a significant role in business growth.

Positive, autonomous, and self-motivated.

TikTok experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and review innovative digital marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the team to accelerate campaign performance, generate leads, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

Mastery in managing and executing various digital marketing channels.

Google Ads: Including Universal App Campaigns, search & display campaigns, and conversion tracking.

Facebook & Instagram Ads: Conversion-optimised campaigns for leads and brand awareness.

SEO: On-page, off-page, and app store optimization.

Email Marketing: Utilising platforms like Mailchimp & activecampaign.

Content Marketing: Promoting blogs, videos, and user testimonials.

Affiliate Programs: Building partnerships to enhance brand reach.

In-depth use of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Insights, and other related platforms for accurate campaign tracking and refinement.

Maximise ROI with a disciplined budgetary approach across all platforms.

Stay at the cutting edge of digital marketing techniques and technologies.

Team up with developers, designers, and other departments for an integrated brand experience.
