That’s where you come in as our PPC Management Assistant.

KPIs:
– Schedule PPC campaigns at least 2 weeks before the scheduled product launch date.
– Achieve organic ranking within the top 10 search results for 5 or more high-volume, highly relevant keywords within 4 weeks of product launch.
– Perform search term negations for product discovery campaigns at least once a week.
– Generate 1 report per week for each new product, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
– Submit 1 copyright infringement report per week for competitors copying our designs.
– Execute optimization strategies weekly for both newly launched products and its PPC campaigns.

What does success look like?

Organically rank our newly launched products organically in positions 1-8 for the top main keywords and achieve less than 15% TACOS. Anyone who copies our design will be taken down for copyright infringement.

This position is responsible for implementing our existing optimization strategies to increase organic sales and market share.

ONE THING: Launch, support, and monitor our newly launched products.

Primary Objectives 20% BIG ROCKS – These must be done first and at all costs.

– Launch new campaigns on schedule.
– Prepare reports on schedule.

Regular Work Activities 80% – These must be done ongoing daily/weekly after the BIG ROCKS are complete.

– Making sure our newly launched products are in the right category, having the buy box, and having their coupons.
– Keeping an eye on the reviews and inventory of those new products.
– Making sure that our newly launched campaigns receive impressions, clicks, and sales.
– Negating search terms in our Discovery campaigns.
– Keeping track of our conversion rates and click-through rates.
– Checking whether our listing needs to be adjusted (e.g., images, etc.)
– Keeping track of our organic rankings.
– Pausing/enabling products that have inventory issues.
– Keeping track of competitors and copycat products.

Experience, Training, and Education – What prior work and life experience will help the person in this role succeed? (Education, industry-specific, sales, administrative, management, customer-service)
– Basic knowledge of Amazon FBA ecosystem
– At least 6 months of experience in Amazon PPC
– Experience in using Google Sheets
– Ability to work across US Central Time
– Eager to learn new skills and adapt new challenges
– Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
– High level of personal accountability
– History of “owning” the job and never ever giving the job back
– Knowledge of the use of ClickUp (or similar project management tool)
