Job Description

We are looking to hire an EXPERT Amazon PPC Specialist who will also Manage our Google Adwords account.

You will be working directly with our Vice President of Sales. We are based in the USA and sell on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central in both USA and Canada in the Home Decor, Home Improvement, and Lawn and Garden categories.

Ideal Candidate will have atleast 3 – 4 years experience in Amazon PPC and Google / Bing PPC Management.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home / remote and responsibilities include –

Create strategies for and execute effective pay-per-click campaigns

Drive innovation within campaigns and channels by coming up with new, fresh, and creative ideas to make the campaigns more enticing to the market

Regularly determine advertising arrangement which is optimal for maintaining costs and eliminating unnecessary ad expenses

Monitor the performance of the different ad campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly

Regularly maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, negative keywords, campaign targeting, and other important account metrics

Attend weekly meetings to discuss PPC performance and create action plans

Keep up to date with PPC best practices, keyword research tools, and industry research

Prepare comprehensive reports to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations

About You:
Core qualifications:

Has a minimum of 3 to 4 years of solid Amazon PPC experience

Attentive to all details and always ensures that the information presented is accurate and true

Well-versed in Amazon Sponsored Ad Campaigns, Product Targeting ads, and Sponsored Brand ads

Strong in analysis and is able to process qualitative and quantitative data from the selling platform and draw insightful conclusions

Fluency in English is essential, one can relay messages and ideas in the simple and direct way

Creative and Innovative, is able to think outside the box to get the job effectively done

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and great interpersonal skills
Has initiative and is able to think of new ideas which can improve campaigns based on the current trend

Amenable to working from 9AM – 3 PM PST – can work flexible hours, but need to overlap atleast 2 hours with the owners for communication purposes
