Job Description

Are you an expert at using paid ads to generate quality Leads and sales? We are looking for a talented PPC Strategist to join our team! This position has a flexible schedule. The starting pay is 1,500 USD/month with an opportunity to get additional commissions after 6-months of working with us.

Who We Are:

We are a USA based fitness company that has strictly run social media ads over the years. We are looking to diversify our spend and improve our ROAS. Our company is mostly known for Pilates and other low-impact training styles. Almost ALL of our target audience are women and ages 30-50, so you must be able to connect with them through your messaging. Our sales are strictly through our Shopify site and on-demand workout streaming sites.

You Are Right For This Job If:
-You know Google Ads and Facebook Ads (Instagram) inside & out with a track record of building and managing successful campaigns.
-Can generate leads and sales for workout subscription platform(s)
-You have a passion for demand gen and stay on top of current PPC trends.
-You are able to come up with growth/scaling strategies and directly report to the CEO
-Your colleagues would describe you as extremely detail-oriented.
-Able to start Google ads from scratch and scale
-Manage 6-figures in ad spend
-Able to think outside the box
-Experience in the fitness industry

What You’d Be Doing:
-Your primary responsibility will be to launch, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns for our fitness company. You’ll meet regularly to provide insights and campaign performance and strategy.
-Manage, review, and perform daily Ad Account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid advertising platforms if necessary.
-Daily Communication to CEO on project development & timelines.
-Develop, execute and optimize PPC campaigns – thorough keyword research, ad copy, assist with landing pages (if necessary to increase ROAS), bidding, budgets & competitor analysis.
-Set up tracking and reporting for key marketing activities and KPIs.
-Research products and markets well enough to build effective keyword/campaign strategies
-Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
-Write creative Ad copy that converts and matches our brand voice.
