Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced PPC Manager to join our dynamic team. As a PPC Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook. The focus will be on generating high-quality leads for services in the United States, including loans, insurance, locksmithing, garage repair, and more. If you’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving successful PPC campaigns, we invite you to be a key contributor to our lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies aligned with business goals and lead generation objectives.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
Campaign Setup and Optimization:

Set up and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize ad creatives to achieve maximum ROI.
Budget Management:

Effectively manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and cost-effective lead generation.
Provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign performance.
Ad Copy Creation:

Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
Conduct A/B testing to refine ad messaging and improve click-through rates.
Conversion Tracking and Analysis:

Implement conversion tracking mechanisms to measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns.
Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
Collaboration with Marketing Teams:

Work closely with marketing teams to align PPC strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
Collaborate on landing page optimization and other elements that impact PPC performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in planning and managing PPC campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and lead generation strategies.
Familiarity with SEO principles and their impact on PPC campaigns.
Preferred Skills:

Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications.
Experience in the financial services or home services industries.
Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
