Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Ads Manager to lead our advertising efforts across Google and Bing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, optimization strategies, and analytics, ensuring our advertising efforts are both cost-effective and aligned with our company’s growth goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Strategy & Campaign Planning**
– Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align advertising efforts with overall company goals and KPIs.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and changes with all three platforms.

2. **Campaign Management**
– Execute, optimize, and manage advertising campaigns to ensure that they are implemented to achieve maximum ROI.
– Conduct A/B testing to determine the best-performing ads and landing pages.
– Ensure ads are targeted to the most relevant audiences.

3. **Budget Management**
– Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively.
– Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly spend to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and performance goals.

4. **Reporting & Analytics**
– Measure and report on the performance of all paid advertising campaigns.
– Use analytical tools to generate weekly and monthly performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
– Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and optimize spend.

5. **Collaboration & Coordination**
– Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
– Coordinate with other marketing teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing strategies.

6. **Continuous Learning**
– Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to PPC and digital advertising.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 6 Years+ of experience in managing Google Ads and Bing Ads.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making.
4. Familiarity with ad serving tools and platforms, including ad management, bid management, and analytics tools.
5. Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and ideally Hyros.
6. Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
