Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled PPC Marketing Account Manager for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Ads Manager and possess excellent verbal English skills. This is a customer-facing role where you will support clients in creating, maintaining, and optimizing their Google Ads campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for a variety of clients.
Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients with their PPC needs, including campaign setup, management, and adjustments.
Metrics Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and present detailed reports to clients, explaining complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic advice to clients on how to maximize their campaign performance, including recommendations for keyword selection, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page optimizations.
Conflict Resolution: Handle client concerns and conflicts with professionalism and poise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional PPC packages and services to clients, demonstrating the value and potential ROI of our offerings.
Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Skills: Exceptional verbal English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and a deep understanding of Google Ads metrics and analytics.
Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and support.
Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Sales Acumen: Comfortable with selling and upselling PPC packages to clients.
Flexibility: Ability to start part-time (20 hours per week) with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance.
