Join the Infusion121 team as a PPC & Social Media Manager. Working closely with our development, and marketing teams based in Australia and the Philippines.

Position: PPC & Social Media Manager

Position Overview:
You will ultimately be responsible for strategizing, campaign building, reporting, optimizing, and managing our client’s Google and social media portfolios.
Beyond your current experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional, time conscious and possesses a high level of English communication.

Infusion121 is a growing Digital Marketing Agency that manages accounts across the AU Market, specialising in the Online Racing and Sports Industry. Our agency encourages personal development and growth within our team culture, providing specialized ongoing training to successful applicants.

Note: Only applicants with at least 2 years minimum experience in PPC & social media campaigns will be accepted.

General tasks and responsibilities:
Knowledgeable in PPC
Knowledgeable in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and Influencer Marketing
Create, run, and monitor social media campaigns for various clients.
Plan, develop, and implement optimise comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility, and drive new user acquisition and strategies via social media platforms.
Conduct thorough brand and website audits to understand our client’s key value proposition, core products, and brand aesthetic and identify opportunities to successfully market them to make them stand out in the marketplace.
Daily, weekly, and monthly optimizations to improve the client’s results based on their own KPI’s.
Provide monthly analysis reports on ongoing campaign performance and optimizations against each client’s goals and targets.
Maintain healthy and proactive communication with the client/Team Leader.
Experienced in handling social media campaigns is an advantage.
A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.

Must-Have Requirements Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in Google Ads, GA4, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and Influencer Marketing
Minimum of 2 years experience in PPC & social media Campaign Management and Strategy.
Proven experience in managing social media campaigns.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

Others:
Reliable internet connection.
Reliable personal computer/laptop.
Full-time or would consider a Contract if preferred.

Job Details:
Starting time: 7 a.m. (local time) onwards.
Benefits: Work from home.
Shift availability: Day Shift (Required).

Schedule:
Day shift.
Monday to Friday.
