Job summary of what we are looking for:
As a PPC Specialist at a US based marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital advertising strategy and maximizing the effectiveness of our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and utilize your expertise in PPC advertising platforms to generate high-quality leads, increase brand visibility, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a deep understanding of PPC best practices, data analysis, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities:
Research:
Conduct thorough competitor research of PPC campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for strategy enhancement.
Perform comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and develop effective ad campaigns.
PPC Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple channels, including Google Search, Google Shopping, Google Display, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed.
Campaign Optimization:
1. Collaborate with web designers and content teams to create and optimize landing pages that align with PPC campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates and a seamless user experience.
2. Implement A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continually improve performance and drive growth.
3. Monitor, analyze, and adjust bids to achieve the best return on investment (ROI) for each campaign, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
4. Manage monthly and annual PPC budgets, ensuring spending is optimized for maximum ROI.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for campaign improvements.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with broader marketing initiatives and target audience segments.
Management:
Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met, and expectations are exceeded.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in paid search platforms and algorithms.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of developing successful paid media advertising strategies and planning that result in significant increases in ROI.
2. Expert knowledge of all paid media performance advertising channels based on hands-on experience of managing resources to produce results.
3. Experience with problem-solving issues as they arise pertaining to paid media and finding solutions quickly.
4. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven insights
5. Excellent understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization techniques.
6. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
7. Ability to manage budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
8. Proficient in using Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
9. Strong written communication to present strategy and interpretation of data.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Experience working with agencies or multi-brand businesses is a plus
12. Adapt to the standard Eastern Time Zone working hours.
