Dunzo is a swiftly expanding marketing agency that serves small home service businesses (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, painting, etc.), specializing in Google Ads management, social media oversight, and automated client follow-up.

Our team is deeply committed to our core values – CARE (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence).

At Dunzo, we prioritize work-life balance and offer the flexibility to work from home or explore the world while delivering impactful results.

We’re on the lookout for an individual with over 3 years of experience to oversee multiple client accounts and grow within the role. With over 30 clients presently, we aim to double that number by year-end. The right candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, bringing professionalism to client interactions.

Responsibilities:

– Lead the development and execution of Google Ads campaigns to achieve specific business objectives.
– Manage ad spend and optimize campaigns for maximum CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
– Conduct research on target audiences, competition, and industry trends to inform ad targeting and creative strategies.
– Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad copy and creative assets.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
– Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
– Collaborate with other teams, such as social media, content, and analytics, ensuring campaign integration and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

– 3+ years of experience in Google Ads, demonstrating a track record of delivering results.
– Must hold a current, up-to-date Google Ads Search certification.
– Proficient in Google Ads Manager and other Google advertising tools.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
– Excellent communication skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
– Experience with other advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads, is advantageous.
– Familiarity with Home Service businesses is a bonus!

Nice-to-haves:

YouTube Advertising Experience: Previous hands-on experience with creating and optimizing YouTube advertising campaigns.

Programmatic Display Experience: Familiarity with programmatic display advertising, either through Google Display Network (GDN) or other demand-side platform (DSP).

We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. If you’re a talented Google Ads Specialist with over 3 years of experience and a current Google Ads Search certification, seeking a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
