Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. The Junior Performance Marketer will play a crucial role in driving engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic and data-driven digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure campaigns align with business goals and target audiences.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
• Use analytics tools to track and measure campaign success and ROI.
• Keyword Research and Optimization:
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor and adjust bids to maximize ROI and achieve target metrics.
• Implement negative keyword strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the content, design, and SEO teams to develop cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment with sales objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Budget Management:
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance and achieve business goals.
• Track and report on budget expenditures, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically PPC campaign management.
• Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with remarketing and retargeting strategies.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in digital marketing.
• Certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience in a white-label digital marketing agency.
