We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or trade certification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with running paid search campaigns, especially through Google
• Experience with setting up PPC campaigns
• Experience with conducting market research to identify target keywords and audience
• Advanced Excel and Google sheet skills

The PPC Manager be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:

This role requires some demonstrated knowledge and experience in running paid search campaigns, especially through Google.
• Developing PPC strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conducting market research to identify target keywords and audience.
• Setting campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
• Using tools like Google Keyword Planner to identify relevant keywords.
• Analysing keyword performance and adjusting strategy accordingly.
• Ensuring a mix of short-tail and long-tail keywords for optimal results.
• Creating variations of ads to test performance (A/B testing).
• Setting up PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
• Managing bid strategies to optimise budget and performance.
• Monitoring and adjusting bids, targeting, and ad placements.
• Tracking and analysing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Reporting on key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
• Making data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
• Collaborating with web developers and designers to improve landing page performance.
• Ensuring landing pages are optimised for conversions.
• Ensuring efficient use of the budget to maximise ROI.
• Adjusting spending based on performance and market conditions.
• Data analysis and produce insights from campaign performance.
• Advanced Excel and Google sheets skills.
• Google Ads Editor

Requirements:
Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work at least partially within our time zone.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
