Mission of Executive Assistant:

As a PPC Specialist, your primary mission will be to support clients in driving leads and sales through effective performance marketing. You will play a crucial role in optimizing, developing, and managing PPC programs, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads, ensuring that our clients achieve measurable success in their digital advertising campaigns.

Your responsibilities include:

PPC Expertise:
Demonstrate proficiency in Google Ads, with a priority on optimizing campaign performance and achieving client objectives.
Experience in Meta and TikTok advertising is a plus, contributing to the diversification of campaign strategies.
Performance Marketing:
Execute performance marketing strategies, focusing on lowering CPCs, CPLs, and consistently optimizing, developing, and managing PPC programs to drive leads and sales.
Proactively identify new opportunities within PPC campaigns, contributing to the continuous improvement of client outcomes.
Keyword Research:
Identify and analyze relevant keywords for targeting in PPC campaigns, considering search volume, competition, and alignment with business objectives.
Campaign Setup and Management:
Create and set up PPC campaigns on Google Ads, covering everything from selecting the right campaign types to setting budgets, defining target audiences, and structuring campaigns for optimal performance.
Ad Copywriting:
Craft compelling ad copy that is not only relevant to targeted keywords but also persuasive to the audience, aiming to maximize click-through rates (CTR).
Landing Page Optimization:
Collaborate closely with web designers and developers to create or optimize landing pages that align with PPC ads, ensuring a high-quality user experience and aiming to boost conversion rates.
Bid Management:
Adjust bids for various keywords and ad placements to ensure competitive positioning in the ad auction. Simultaneously manage the budget efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using Google Ads and Google Analytics tools, gaining insights into what’s working well and areas that need improvement.
A/B Testing:
Continuously test different elements of campaigns, including ad copy, landing pages, and call-to-actions (CTAs), to enhance performance and increase conversions.
Conversion Tracking:
Implement and manage conversion tracking to accurately measure the ROI of campaigns, understanding which ads, keywords, and campaigns are driving valuable customer actions.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all campaigns comply with Google Ads policies and adhere to industry best practices, including considerations for ad relevance, landing page quality, and user experience.
Trend Watching and Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in PPC advertising, Google Ads features, and digital marketing strategies. This continuous learning approach helps to innovate and improve campaign performance consistently.

Here’s an outline of what you can expect in your first 30 days on the job as an Executive Assistant:

First 30 days:
Engage in an onboarding meeting with all key players to establish initial connections, gain insights into team dynamics, and align on expectations.
Participate in collaborative projects with 3 to 4 team members, fostering a team-oriented approach and gaining exposure to diverse perspectives within the company.

Throughout your first 30 days, you will be provided with the necessary support and resources to ensure your success in our dynamic and collaborative environment, focusing on your seamless integration and contribution to our global recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and oral
Proven experience as a PPC Specialist/Google Ads Specialist/Performance Marketing Specialist.
Expertise in Google Ads is a must, and experience with Meta and TikTok is highly valued.
Must-have certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics, demonstrating proficiency in fundamental aspects of PPC campaign management.
Meta certification or relevant experience is a valuable plus.
