Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist to join our team. As a PPC Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our online advertising efforts, optimizing our PPC campaigns, and ensuring our financial planning services reach the right audience effectively. Your expertise in managing and optimizing paid search and display campaigns will be instrumental in achieving our digital marketing objectives and growing our client base.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement PPC Strategies: Create and execute effective PPC strategies aligned with our financial planning company’s objectives, target audience, and budget allocation. This includes keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign structure, and bid management.

2. Campaign Management: Set up and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant networks. Monitor campaign performance daily, adjust bids, optimize keywords, and identify areas for improvement.

3. Ad Copy and Creative Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling and persuasive ad copy and creative assets for different PPC campaigns. Continuously test and refine ad variations to improve performance and click-through rates.

4. Landing Page Optimization: Work closely with the web development and design teams to ensure that landing pages are optimized for conversion and user experience. Implement A/B tests to improve landing page performance and increase conversion rates.

5. Conversion Tracking and Analysis: Set up and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of PPC campaigns. Analyze data regularly to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

6. Budget Management: Manage PPC budgets effectively and efficiently to achieve maximum ROI. Monitor daily spend and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints.

7. Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in PPC advertising. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for differentiation.

8. Reporting: Generate regular performance reports on key PPC metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Present findings to the marketing team and management to drive data-informed decision-making.

9. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with other marketing team members to align PPC strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Collaborate with SEO specialists, content creators, and social media marketers to ensure an integrated approach to marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role, with a focus on managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.

3. In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and their respective advertising networks.

4. Familiarity with keyword research tools, bid management platforms, and Google Analytics.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail in ad copy and creative development.

7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

8. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to PPC and search engine marketing.

9. A passion for digital marketing and a proactive approach to learning and staying abreast of industry changes.

10. Financial services or related industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
