We are seeking a skilled and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our marketing team!

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing Facebook and Google advertising campaigns and optimizing them for maximum performance. Experience in working with Local Service businesses is essential.

As a PPC Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective paid advertising campaigns on both Facebook and Google platforms. Your expertise in campaign optimization, budget management, and data analysis will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, generating leads, and improving our overall ROI. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about staying at the forefront of digital advertising trends.

Responsibilities:

-Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, adhering to established marketing objectives and budgetary constraints.
-Create campaigns that promote local service businesses like painters.
-Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and target audience profiling to inform campaign strategies and ensure maximum reach and relevance.
-Design and create compelling ad copies and visuals that align with our brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
-Monitor and optimize campaign performance regularly, adjusting bidding strategies, ad placements, and targeting parameters for improved ROI and conversion rates.
-Implement A/B testing and conduct data-driven experiments to identify high-performing ad variations and landing page optimizations.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with broader marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
-Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to generate insightful reports, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
-Stay updated with industry trends and emerging PPC technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
-Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
-Keep abreast of changes to Facebook and Google Ads platforms and implement new features and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

-2 years proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing -Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
-Experience with Local Service Ads is a huge plus.
-In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
-Strong understanding of PPC best practices, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
-Proficiency in data analysis and ability to draw actionable insights from performance metrics.
-Creative mindset with the ability to devise engaging ad copies and visuals.
-Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
-Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
