We are currently seeking a PPC Specialist to join our team.

NexuSky is a leading e-commerce business in Australia with a focus on massage and well-being products. Our business is 4 years old and had over 70.000 sales last 4 years. We are looking for a ‘hands-on’ Web & Marketing Specialist with a keen attention to detail to maintain and create marketing assets, implement campaigns, analyze stats and more. We are currently expanding our business to Canada.

The Role:

The SEM/PPC Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing social & digital media marketing-related projects; the primary focus of the position is to manage digital advertising campaigns for clients, primarily on Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Campaign Management, Execution, and Reporting

-Development of Digital Advertising campaigns – from set up to optimization, reporting, and ongoing management.
-Creation and optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads – Paid Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube ads, ensuring the implementation of best practices.
-Creation and optimization of ads in Meta Ads Manager, as well as other Social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Snap, etc.)
-Email Marketing and SEO as good-to-have skills and experience.
-Collaboration with the team members to ensure our strategies deliver ROI for us.
-Campaign reporting.
-Ownership of campaign performance.

Our Ideal Qualifications & Skills

1-3 years minimum of paid ad execution experience.
Deep knowledge of Paid Search, Shopping, Display & YouTube advertising – you’re a Google Ads wizard AND/OR experience in Meta Business Manager. Other social platforms are a bonus.
Strong analytics capability and ability to present key insights and data to clients (advanced knowledge in Google Analytics). GTM knowledge is a bonus!
Thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Google Ads Certified in Search, Display, Shopping, and Video.
Meta Blueprint certification good-to-have.
Exceptional reporting skills and understanding of how to track and measure results with a flair for storytelling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing project timelines.
Experience working with a cross-functional, cross-discipline team to develop strong client campaigns and strategies.
