Job Description

Are you a skilled PPC Specialist/Media Buyer with expertise in LinkedIn, especially for B2B clients? We are a leading marketing agency on the hunt for a dedicated freelancer to become a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be crucial in driving our client acquisition and retention efforts, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring the highest ROI for our B2B clients. Come onboard and play a pivotal role as we amplify our impact in the digital marketing landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Build acquisition strategy to drive growth through Linkedin campaigns
– Execute campaigns with a data-first approach to optimize against goals and identify new opportunities for growth.
– Build lead-gen campaigns to drive leads, working with our email team to execute nurturing campaigns that drive conversion.
– Lead efforts with the analytics/BI team to build a campaign tracking process and develop effective dashboards and KPIs to monitor the success of efforts. Report findings and insights to key stakeholders.
– Build, track, and optimize landing page performance, including those for B2B businesses.
– Partner with the team to create compelling and effective website copy for partner sites.
– Lead creative requirements and collaborate with the creative team to craft effective ad creatives for Linkedin
– Ensure that all campaigns are well-organized, target the right audience segments, and adhere to platform-specific best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Available to work some half hours.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Proven Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
– Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of B2B marketing, especially in the enterprise segment.
– Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn – Analytics to measure campaign performance.
– Experience managing advertising budgets, ensuring a positive ROI.
– Strong Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online advertising and measurement.
– Ability to perform A/B or multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills to report results and provide insights.
– Ability to work closely with content teams, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to develop compelling ad content.
– Ability to troubleshoot poor-performing campaigns and pivot strategies as necessary.
– Willingness to stay updated with platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
