Position Overview
The PPC Specialist (Paid Search: Google Ads) will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive growth and achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the Google Ads platform, a proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Platform Expertise
Demonstrate expert knowledge in navigating and utilizing the Google Ads platform, including advanced features and tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and changes within Google Ads to ensure best practices are followed.
Campaign Building
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns utilizing best practices to achieve targeted KPIs.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords that align with business goals.
Structure campaigns effectively, including ad groups, keywords, and ad copy to maximize performance and ROI.
Campaign Optimization
Implement workflows for ongoing campaign optimization, including keyword management, negative keyword workflows, ad copy testing, and bid adjustments.
Regularly review and adjust campaigns based on performance data to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Budget Management
Set and manage daily budgets in alignment with monthly spend levels, ensuring efficient use of the advertising budget.
Monitor spend and adjust budgets as necessary to maximize return on investment.
Performance Reporting
Analyze and interpret Google Ads metrics to assess campaign performance.
Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives.
Communication
Clearly communicate account changes, performance updates, and optimization strategies to stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on account status, performance metrics, and any significant changes or improvements.
Work Environment
Thrive in a task-oriented, fast-paced environment, managing multiple Google Ad accounts effectively.
Prioritize tasks efficiently to cover a large volume of accounts and ensure all campaigns are running smoothly.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role with a focus on Google Ads.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
