As a PR specialist, you’ll need to create and maintain a positive public image for Malogica Solutions and all its offering. Support the evolution of the company’s strategic positioning with clear, engaging and exciting messages to win ‘minds and hearts’ of our stakeholders and customers around the world. Produce top-quality communications plans & content for a wide range of audiences across a diverse suite of internal and external channels.
You will craft media releases, Press releases, award submissions, news stories, speeches, video interviews and develop communications programs to shape public perception of Malogica and to increase awareness of its work and goals.
Plan and deliver communications according to the integrated global editorial calendar, working closely with the rest of the marketing and content team in ensuring the delivery of top-quality, timely and compelling content in the right tone of voice across optimal channels.
Advise key corporate, functional and country stakeholders on communications best-practice, as well as support them in the roll-out of different group-wide communications initiatives.
Support the execution of our public relations programme, delivering effective business as usual external communications to target global media outlets and trade press, nurturing relationships with key journalists.
You will need to have strong and excellent skills both in communication and listening. You will also need to be a good public speaker.
Iterate and optimize campaigns based on the data they generate and its respective analysis.
Work closely with the Marketing department team to build integrated marketing actions.
Requirements:
Strong network in the ecommerce, IT, data storage domain.
Can speak and write fluently in English.
Superior writing and editing skills, with a proven track record across a variety of audience groups and channels
experience in managing an organisation’s media relations activity
Additional experience (a plus, but not required):
Google Suite tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio).
Social Media advertising (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc).
Content Marketing (Newsletters, Blog posts, etc.).
Fluency in other languages such as Portuguese
