PR Link-Building Assistant

We are seeking a team member who can excel in crafting compelling responses to queries across various platforms. This individual should have a keen ability to work independently to identify opportunities that align with our clients’ brands, effectively communicating their unique stories and insight.

Key Responsibilities:
– Write pitches through a regular workday, using various platforms such as Featured, Connectively, SourceBottle, and others.
– Keep track of the written and acquired backlinks, monitoring their quality and relevance using a shared Excel spreadsheet
– Identify relevant websites, blogs, and online publications where backlinks can be acquired. This involves researching industry-specific sites and building relationships with journalists or bloggers
– Be able to write high-quality articles, blog posts, or other assigned written content
– Execute assigned tasks and projects efficiently and within deadlines
– Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and goals
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies
– Provide regular updates, progress reports, or summaries to supervisors or management as required
– Adapt to changing priorities, tasks, and work environments as needed

Qualifications:
– Excellent written and verbal communications skills
– High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in pitches, follow-ups, and communication with journalists
– Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
– Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
– Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving media coverage and measurable results for clients

– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
– The ability to work independently in a remote setting
