As a Handover Call Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize our handover call system, ensuring efficient lead handling and maximizing conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:

*Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads for handover to our Sales Development Specialists (SDS).
*Conduct initial screening of inbound leads to determine qualification.
*Filter out unqualified leads, callbacks, and uninterested prospects.
*Schedule and manage callback appointments.
*Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.
*Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition and follow-up.
