Responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales at Wow AI, you will play a crucial role in the initial phase of our sales process. Your primary role will be to proactively obtain new client contacts and generate leads, contributing to the growth of our business. You’ll be a crucial part of the sales process, passing on qualified leads to our sales team for further engagement.

Proactively secure client contacts and generate leads through various channels, and managing the initial phase of sales process.
Conduct thorough research to obtain contact data, utilizing innovative methods to ensure a robust lead pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the pre-sales phase to the active sales process.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Engaging with potential clients to initiate and nurture relationships.
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

a. Must have

Fluency in English as a first or second language is essential.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI and/or technology sales.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry, with a proven ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
Proven track record of success in international sales, with a strong relevant client database in the field.
Proficient in leveraging various tools and techniques to stalk, crawl, or obtain contact data.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and learn continuously.

b. Nice to have

Experience in a corporate and start-up company is a plus.
A ‘can do’ attitude and a thirst to learn.

Benefit

Compensation:

Base Salary: Negotiable
High commission policy

Other Allowances:

Work-from-home allowance: 50 USD/month.
Insurance support: 100 USD/month.

Leaves:

Public holidays. Take time off and spend it with your family during your country’s public national/regional/state holidays.
Annual leave: 12 days/year and to be pro-rata rated for the actual monthly working period for full-time staff. Applied after the probation.
Sick leave with pay: maximum 6 days/year, on top of the 12-day annual leave credit, for full-time staff. Applied after the probation.
Period leave: 1 day each month for female employees.
Personal leave policy for special cases.

Training and recognition

Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) can be applied after a (1) year working contribution, depending on the Company’s business results and the individual’s performance.
