– Responsibilities
As a Pre-Sales (Lead Hunting) at Wow AI, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our lead generation efforts and driving the initial phase of our sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to actively seek and secure new client contacts, generating high-quality leads to fuel the growth of our business. You will be an integral part of the sales process, delivering qualified leads to our sales team for further engagement.

* Proactively hunt for and secure client contacts through various channels, employing innovative methods to build a robust lead pipeline

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate a seamless transition from the lead hunting phase to the active sales process.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to enhance lead generation strategies
* Engage with potential clients to initiate and cultivate relationships, demonstrating Wow AI’s value proposition.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets to contribute significantly to the sales pipeline.
* Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

– Requirements

a. Must have

* Fluency in English as a first or second language is essential.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI and/or technology sales.
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry, with a proven ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
* Strong relevant client database in the field, demonstrating a successful history in international sales.
* Proficiency in leveraging various tools and techniques for lead hunting and obtaining contact data.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, effectively engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
* Willingness to adapt to new technologies and learn continuously.

* Experience in a corporate and start-up company is a plus.
A ‘can do’ attitude and a thirst to learn.

– Benefit
– Compensation:
Base Salary: 400 USD -1000 USD (depending on experience)
High commission policy

– Other Allowances:
Work-from-home allowance: 50 USD/month.
Insurance support: 100 USD/month.

Leaves:
Public holidays. Take time off and spend it with your family during your country’s public national/regional/state holidays.

Sick leave with pay: maximum 6 days/year, on top of the 12-day annual leave credit, for full-time staff. Applied after the probation.
Period leave: 1 day each month for female employees.
