Premium Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and efficient graphic designer to join our team and play a crucial role in the creative direction of marketing deliverables for clients as well as internal projects and initiatives.

Position Summary:

The role of the Graphic Designer primarily revolves around overseeing deliverables within a project or organizational context. Tasked with ensuring the quality and alignment of all outputs, this position holds a pivotal responsibility in the successful completion of projects.

By meticulously reviewing, giving feedback, polishing, and approving deliverables, the Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and adherence to standards throughout the project lifecycle.

With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of project objectives, this position serves as a guardian of quality and serves to uphold the organization’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design and Deliverable Management:

-Collaborate with team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for the company and clients.
-Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets and follow up with people to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
-Oversee design projects, ensuring they adhere to project plans and timelines.
-Monitor project progress, and identify and address issues or bottlenecks promptly.
-Manage the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
-Oversees the development of visuals, messaging, and user experience, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences.
-Create visually appealing content for digital and print platforms, using various software to craft engaging and effective designs.
-Developing standardized procedures, blueprints, and workflows to ensure consistent processes and adherence to established standards.
