Job Description

We are seeking an experienced premium virtual assistant with exceptional organizational skills. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a virtual assistant. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support while working remotely. You will deliver various tasks, such as handling emails, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and performing data entry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, can work in minimal supervision and able to multitask effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a virtual assistant
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Excellent communications skills (via Teams, phone, instant message, email)
• Comfort with both synchronous and asynchronous work
• Strong working knowledge of the following platforms:
— Microsoft 365
— Asana
• Understanding of the following platforms are a plus:
— Pipedrive
— Canva
— LinkedIn
— 1password
— Loom

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research projects as assigned
• Data entry
• Podcast outreach – researching potential podcasts and pitching our CEO to be a guest
• Keynote outreach – researching Keynote speech opportunities and pursuing on behalf of the CEO
• Monitor company general email boxes, social media messages, etc.
— Respond to inbound email messages like client questions
— Escalate emails as appropriate to resolve questions/issues
• Researching and gathering information for projects
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver company goals
• Providing general administrative support to the team
