Requirements
• University Degree and/or 3-5 years Graphic Design experience
• Expert knowledge of Adobe creative suite (illustrator, photoshop, InDesign) and general Graphic design skills
• Experience with Print production/printing processes
• Visual design skills specifically on typography, layout, and print process
• Must be incredibly well-organized and detail-oriented.
• English Fluency, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in Metrics and Imperial measurements
• Proficient in Google Drive, and google workspace
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment
• Work in EST timezone 9am-6pm

Responsibilities
• Edit designs and ensure print production graphics are accurate; this can be everything from, spell check and copy check (ensuring copy is correct and up-to-date), ensuring brand codes are met (color correction or verification, typography, logos), images are linked or packaged properly for print, maintaining version control, checking file sizing to ensure accurate output.
• Review and edit files to ensure accuracy of data as well as high-quality graphics & clean layout
• Read, understand and apply any and all copy changes throughout the life cycle of the print process
• Performs assigned tasks within the overall production workflow and assigned budget
• Take a conceptual design through to final artwork and have the ability to proof artwork and layout
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with the lead designer and producer on the project to deliver all files on or before deadlines
• Ability to maintain the working print production deck to ensure all team members are aligned
• Track projects, check scheduled ETA of work orders, and verify finishing and materiality
• Maintain/document reference information, graphics standards, and production templates
• Communicate effectively to narrow the margin for error between design and production team
• Work with lead designers to implement designs into decks (updating fonts, copy, images, and maintaining a strong design)
