Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant Manager, you will be at the forefront of our agency, responsible for managing a team of skilled virtual assistants, ensuring clients receive top-notch service, and driving the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and Lead: Oversee a team of virtual assistants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Go High Level Expertise: Utilize and maximize the potential of Go High Level software for efficient client management, automation, and marketing.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive outstanding service.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline workflows and increase team productivity.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Participate in the recruitment process to onboard new virtual assistants, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to track team performance, client satisfaction, and agency growth.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in virtual assistance management.
-Expertise in Go High Level software.
-Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
