Job Description

Job Summary:
Assist the Revenue Manager with pricing and yield management strategies via the revenue management software for all properties in the portfolio. Responsible for following up any listings that are not online with the Distribution Manager, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the listings are optimised.

Job Duties:
? Suggest new and maintain current pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each market location
? Analyze the vacation-rental industry’s trends and monitor the competition
? Daily pick-up analysis and pricing adjustments
? Study individual listing, full portfolio and market data to highlight areas for adjustment or further action
? Monitor diamond-tier listings and ensure they’re performing in the top 20% of the portfolio
? Collaborate with Distribution Manager when listings are offline on various OTAs
? Collaborate with the quality team when reviews negatively impact listing performance
? Assist Revenue Manager with daily, weekly, monthly reporting
? Keep comp sets up to date in the revenue management software
? Add promotions on all applicable OTAs, and ensure the listings are optimised for highest revenue performance
? Collaborate with marketing when a listing needs optimisation to help boost visibility
? Flag underperforming listings to the Revenue Manager
? Any other reasonable requests made by management

Job Requirements:
? Experience: at least 1 year of experience in revenue management or other departments such as reservations that have exposure to revenue management, hotel rooms division or vacation rental experience highly preferred
? Education: college diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Hotel Management
? Other qualifications: user of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack, Key Data, Pricelabs (or similar revenue management software), Guesty (or similar property management system).

? Comfortable with tech and software
? Passionate and enthusiastic about the short-term rental industry
? Proven verbal and written communication skills in English
? Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
? Professional attitude with strong time management skills
? Flexibility to work beyond or outside regular business hours if urgent situations arise
