Position Summary:
This unique role combines the customer-focused responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative with the creative duties of a Copywriter. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with customers via email, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive and professional approach. Simultaneously, you will craft compelling copy for product listings, marketing materials, and social media content to enhance our brand presence and improve customer experience on our Shopify platform. If you have a passion for writing, a knack for exceptional customer service, and a desire to contribute significantly to a growing business, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries, issues, and feedback via email, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Develop and write creative and compelling copy for product descriptions, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Maintain and update product listings on the Shopify platform with accurate and enticing copy that drives sales and improves customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align copywriting tasks with overall business goals and marketing strategies.
Provide insights and suggestions for improving customer service protocols and copywriting practices based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce engaging and error-free content.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms and understanding of SEO principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an impeccable command of the English language.
A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to tight deadlines.
