As a Principle VA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment processes and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic individual to join our team as a Principle VA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Diary and Inbox Management
• Managing Sequences
• Manage data integrity/cleanse and clean systems
• Create advertisements
• Data mapping & finding contacts
• Pay runs, holiday tracking for the team
• Bright & organised with good time management
• Oversee key parts of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to continuously enhance the delivery of recruitment services.
• Develop and maintain internal processes, tools, and systems to streamline recruitment operations and ensure a consistent and seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align recruitment efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors educated
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team (can be in any industry), with a track record of achieving targets and driving performance.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
