Seeking Talented Graphic Designer for Print on Demand Business
We are on the lookout for a skilled graphic designer to join our print on demand business venture. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design specifically tailored for print on demand products, with the ability to handle all the tasks outlined below.
During an initial trial period of approximately 4 weeks, compensation will be on a per design basis. This period will serve to assess mutual compatibility. If successful, discussions regarding a permanent position, compensation adjustments, and expanded responsibilities will follow.
Our primary target audience resides in the USA, and experience in crafting designs for this market and demographic may be highly advantageous during the hiring process. Familiarity with American culture, consumer behaviors, and proficient written English are desirable.
The role expectations include:
Design Expertise
Demonstrable graphic design expertise encompassing T-shirts, sweatshirts, necklace message cards, coffee mugs, pillows, accessories, and all-over-print items.
Adaptation and Originality
Adaptation of provided designs and concepts to align with our brand ethos. All creations must be original, requiring the ability to conduct research and generate unique ideas suited to the market.
Advertising Imagery
Development of advertising imagery for the majority of generated designs.
Website Design
Occasional graphic design tasks for website elements such as banners and images.
