We’re an established e-commerce company entering the exciting world of print-on-demand (POD). We’re searching for a Print-On-Demand Design & Operation Manager to help us shape the future of our product line. If you have a knack for design and operational savvy, your next adventure awaits with our team.

AS A POD DESIGN & OPERATION MANAGER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

– Conceptualizing and creating original POD products.
– Developing mockups for all products to visualize designs effectively.
– Uploading and managing product listings on various POD websites.
– Synchronizing products with selling platforms and enhancing listings with SEO-driven keywords, descriptions, and tags.
– Writing posts and maintaining engagement with our audience on social media.
– Crafting high-quality graphics and visuals consistent with our brand identity.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

– Demonstrable expertise in managing POD business operations across platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, and/or Amazon.
– A robust graphic design background with a portfolio showcasing successful POD apparel designs and other product mockups.
– Proficiency in creating engaging social media content and maintaining audience engagement.
– Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and familiarity with POD platforms like Printify, Printful, and SEO tools such as Erank, Marmalead, and Tailwind.
– An understanding of AI tools will be considered an advantage.
– Applications without proven experience or a design portfolio will not be considered.

HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours a week
SALARY RANGE: $400 – $600/mo, commensurate with skills and experience.
