Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Print-on-Demand Expert with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with print-on-demand apps like Customily and Teeinblue. As a Print-on-Demand Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our custom product offerings. Your responsibilities will encompass managing print-on-demand processes, collaborating with designers, and optimizing our Shopify-based store to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee the print-on-demand process, from order placement to production and shipping, ensuring quality and timeliness.
-Collaborate closely with graphic designers to create mockups and artwork for custom apparel and merchandise.
-Utilize print-on-demand apps like Customily and Teeinblue to customize and fulfill customer orders.
-Maintain and update our Shopify-based online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to print-on-demand processes or our e-commerce platform.
-Ensure that all custom products meet quality standards and are delivered accurately to customers.
-Continuously improve and streamline print-on-demand workflows to enhance efficiency.
-Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to print-on-demand operations.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to custom orders.
-Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in print-on-demand and e-commerce.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with print-on-demand apps like Customily and Teeinblue.
-Proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, including product management and customization.
-Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create mockups and artwork for custom products.
-Excellent technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
