About the Client:
A family-owned print shop specializing in personalized apparel, promotions, and marketing materials. With deep roots in central Texas, we’re dedicated to helping local businesses shine.
As a Print Promotional Products Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in bolstering our clients’ brand visibility and supporting leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Recommend and source promotional items that align with our clients’ target audience and marketing objectives.
– Utilize the SAGE or ASI promo platforms proficiently for database searches, presentation building, and project management.
– Understands the Paper Printing industry(types of products, stocks, etc.)
– Understand decorated Apparel and the various print methods used
– Manage invoicing and purchase orders using QuickBooks Online.
– Check the inventory and ordering samples.
– Coordinate the production of orders and ensure timely communication with suppliers about orders.
– Demonstrate strong English language and basic computer skills.
– Handle mathematical tasks like calculations and percentages using Excel.
– Solve problems and pay attention to detail.
– Seek continuous improvement and stay updated on industry trends.
– Experience with vector graphics design to create mockups is considered a bonus.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in the promotional products industry.
– Proficiency in the SAGE or ASI promo platforms is desirable.
– Strong understanding of printing and apparel industries.
– Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar software.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
– Creative thinker with a passion for marketing.
– Experience with vector graphics design to create mockups is considered a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
– $700-$900 depending on experience
– 13th month pay
– Performance-based bonuses
– Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
